You May Be Entitled to Receive Funds

Homeland Assets helps individuals and organizations identify and recover funds that may be due to them. We audit government and other sites for such information. If funds are found, we make every effort to contact the rightful owners or their heirs and provide a recovery service if they so desire. Homeland Assets does not search for possible funds at the request of individuals or organizations. We find funds first, and then contact the individuals or organizations related to those funds

Our Fees

  • Homeland Assets LLC does not require any up front fees from our clients.
  • In the unlikely event we are unsuccessful in recovering the funds, we do not charge our clients anything.
  • In keeping with our corporate values, we generally limit our contingency fee to 5%- 10% of the funds to be recovered subject to applicable laws. We respect and value our clients and consider it unethical to charge higher fees typical of other service providers.
  • Our fees will be clearly stated on any contractual agreement we make with individuals, groups, or organizations before an agreement is signed.
  • If legal services are required to obtain fund recovery due to state laws, or other difficulties, Homeland Assets LLC encourages its clients to select their own attorney(s). Homeland Assets LLC can assist with securing an attorney if a client requests it. Clients will then be informed what the charges will be so they can make an informed decision before proceeding. In such cases the cost of those legal fees is deducted from the recovered fund amount. Homeland Assets does not offer legal counsel of its own.
  • Homeland Assets LLC’s contingency fee is taken from the recovered funds with the remainder promptly given to the entitled party.
  • We may decline work to recover small funds that do not meet our policies or resource constraints.

How We Can Help

Recovering funds involves tedious record searches, contacting individuals, governments, and organizations, confirming owner eligibility, preparing required documentation, and following the applicable recovery process. Homeland Assets LLC conducts these processes in good faith to recover funds for clients legally entitled to them.
